The Moser Engineering Great American $50,000 Bracket Race is about one month away! For the 7th consecutive season, the GABR will host the American Race Cars Dragster Shootout. The format is the same as years past: 32 cars, $1,000 entry fee. The winner takes home a new 2015 American Race Cars Swing Arm dragster (details and parts list below). Runner-Up gets $2,500 cash, and each semi gets their $1,000 entry fee back (again, in cash). Past winners read like a “Who’s Who” of sportsman drag racing: Stephen Hughes, Gary Williams, Jeg Coughlin, Jr., Bobby Johns, John Labbous, Jr., and Wes May.

If you want in, just let me know. We’re holding 32 spots, plus 8 alternates by first come, first serve reservation. You don’t pay a dime until we get to the track, but the first 32 have the first option. If anyone can’t make it or backs out, we’ll go down the alternate list until the race is filled. At the event, entrants pay me (not at the gate) – we can take cash, check (to Bogacki Inc.) or credit card.
