If you ask people in general what is important to them you may the response….”family and protecting their heritage”. This is no different with the BTE King of the Coast Bracket Series.

Debuting at KOC Event 1 Feb. 19-21 at Gulfport Dragway the KOC is calling for all former KOC Champions to be in attendance. Why you ask? The BTE King of the Coast Series will debut the KOC “Box of Champions”.

The KOC Series is going to purchase a basic mechanics tool box and it will be surrounded by a clear casing. Why a clear casing? Every KOC Points Champion from the series’ inagural year of 2005 to 2014 will sign and print their name on the KOC “Box of Champions”. All Champions from Electronics, Footbrake, Sportsman and all Jr Dragster classes will sign the KOC “Box of Champions”. The KOC will need as many as possibleof of the KOC champions to sign the KOC “Box of Champions” at KOC Event 1.

At each KOC Banquet starting with the 2015 KOC Banquet to be held at KOC Event 3 in March, the previous year’s points champions will sign the KOC “Box of Champions”. So the 2015 Points Champions……………………

Daniel Rolison, Tim Clinton, Jordan Broussard, Logan Sampey, Landon Sampey, and Nicky Wentzell will sign the KOC “Box of Champions” to go along with the previous KOC Champions that signed the KOC “Box of Champions” at KOC Event 1.

This is the KOC’s way to protect the family and heritage of the longest running Bracket Series along the Gulf Coast Region.
